I use pcAnywhere 9.2.1 to access several dozen pcAnywhere 5 (MSDOS) machines, usually with no problem.
I've been doing this manually several times a week for years and am now trying to automate the system
A problem has arisen.
When I occasionally get the dreaded black screen with a cursor blinking in the top left corner, neither the remote or the host will hang up. They both just sit there for hours.
Is there some kind of inactivity time out within 9.2.1 or 5 (or both)?
Thanks in advance.
Ken
