Black Border in Projector when Background Color is Changed

Hi, does anyone know how to get rid of the black border that's in the stage as well as the projector. I changed the background color of the stage to blue and my projector uses full screen. when you view the projector, theres a black border surrounding the projector. I can't find the option to turn this off. The border in director seems to overlap even in the stage window when you move objects over it. I was thinking I could make a matte bigger than the stage, but the border still showed up.
Any suggestions on how to turn it off?
