BKO to PCMCIA compact flash (Option 11C)

I am doing backups using LD 43, BKO command. On some systems, I get BUG6334 when I insert the card in slot B of the SSC card. (Could not initialize PCMCIA ATA device driver. Try INI or do a cold start). Seems like it doesn't recognize the card. This works fine on systems running 25.40B. Anybody experience this before?

you need a laptop with windows 95 and give format to the pcmcia and it gona work
cause you need FAT 16 in you pcmcia

You can also try formatting the PCMCIA card with Nortel's burner program available on their website in the Option 11C section of technical documentation.

u mean the same PCMCIA card works on another system with X11.25.40B?

u can use win95 98 98SE to format the card

Yes, the same card works in an 11C @ 25.40B. It will not work on an my 11C 25.15. I do properties on the flash card and it shows FAT. I tried formatting on a WIN 95 and WIN 98 platform with no change.

I used to have a copy but can't find it and I don't currently have access to it on Nortel's site, but here's how you get there:

Click "Technical Documentation" in the Products/etc. area
Click "Meridian" in the Documentation section (By Product Family area)
Scroll down to "Meridian 1 Option 11C" and click the "SOFTWARE" link underneath it.
The first link should be "[X] NEW* PCMCIA Card Programmer Version 9"

That's what you need. Although, it's starting to sound like it might be a problem with the SSC.
