BizTalk transport errors in the Orchestration mangager

Hello,

While setting up a BizTalk messaging port, I get the following error:

An error occurred in BizTalk Server.

Details:
------------------------------
[0x800401e5] No object for moniker

[0x0159] The server encountered a transport error while processing the messaging port "PPSReturnsCustom_to_NewXlang", which uses a transport component with a ProgID of "BizTalk.BPOActivation.1".

[0x012b] A transmission attempt failed.

Has anyone seen this error and how did you resolve it?
