BizTalk Sql Adapter 0x80004005 error - Help!

Hi,
I'm still a newbie at BizTalk and have a problem inserting data into sql server 2000 through the biztalk sql adapter. I have a flat file that biztalk converted in xml and tried to push it to sql using an updategram. It seems to work fine until I try to enter more than one record after the <ns0:after> tag. I get an 0x80004005 error in my message flow. Can someone help?
