Biztalk Server Repository (2002)

Hey guys. I'm having trouble with a recently-installed Biztalk instance in my development environment. Whenever I try to access WebDav, which is a vital function when trying to create channels, I get an error msg saying that

No BizTalk Server repository was found on

http://<ServerName>/BizTalkServerRepository/Maps,

/DocSpecs, etc.

I've been over the IIS settings and folder permissions with a fine-toothed comb, and I can't see any problems.

BTW, I've already been to the Microsoft support bulletin at

http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb;en-us;312676&spid=1442&sid=global,

and confirmed that the Default web site is set to port 80.
