Biztalk Server Error

I have a skedule with a port to biztalk messaging channel where the skedule waits for messages( port to a Running Skedule). When I try to submit to the channel through an application to invoke the skedule I get the following error :

Biztalk error
"The queue does not exist or you do not have sufficient permissions to perform the operation"

Is it a problem with channel or messaging queue internal error. Could anyone help me with this..

When you go to MSMQ, can you see the queue defined?
