We're getting ready to deploy our BizTalk app to production but need to resolve the issue of SQL receive locations shutting down when there are connection problems. My only solution now is event log monitoring software that initiates a script to restart the ports. It seems like BizTalk itself should be able to restart the ports when the connection is restored rather than rely on 3rd party monitoring software. Is there a BizTalk setting somewhere that I'm missing?
