BizTalk 2004 Beta under Windows 2000 or 2003 Server ?

I'm not shure, but is it possible to run Biz Talk Server 2004 on a Windows 2000 Server or do i need to install the Windows 2003 .Net Server ?
Maybe it is possible under W2K, but what else i need then to install additional ?
