Bizarre Question!!!!!!!!

Hello All,

Is it possible to show my application window and make it visible even when the pc is locked using Ctrl+Alt+Del in NT... i've seen a similar one when Norton Antivirus Scheduler window displaying and reminding me with a message even when the NT is locked....

any idea on how to do that.....

With a driver (on win95/98); on winNT/2000/Xp with a service too. But it is not easy.
