I have a user who is having a problem with her Outlook 2002 account. The first time she opens an e-mail after starting Outlook and goes to reply to it everything is fine. The next time she opens the same one or a different one and hits reply she gets what can only be described as a screen shot in place of where she would type her reply. It includes the Outlook toolbar (side bar) and the original message, which is also below this area where it should be. In other words the original shows up twice. Has anyone ever come across this? It seems to be somewhat related to messages where stationary is used. I deleted her profile and re-added it but this did nothing.
