I have a customer that is having a bizarre issue with IX Workplace. Currently the customer is on 11.0.4. When the customer dials directly (internal) to a user with IX Workplace, audio both ways works fine. If the customer dials a hunt group with a user that has IX Workplace, then they get no audio both ways. This is with the same users and they are power users.
I've tried creating a new user, logged into IX Workplace with the new user, dial directly to the extension and I can get audio both ways just fine.
I moved this new user to a hunt group, dialed the hunt group, it rings the new user on IX Workplace, and... no audio both ways.
Has anyone come across something like this before? Why would putting a user in a hunt group cause audio issues?
