I am using Call Pilot Desktop Messaging (5.00.41.96) with Outlook 2007 from our Call Pilot 1005R 5.00.41.97 system with SU07 with a CS1000M at Rls 6.
A voice mail message is left in the users mailbox.
She gets the message within her outlook inbox as the vbk file.
A few minutes later, she accesses her voice mail box from her desk set, but the system tells her that her mailbox is empty.
The message is still in her outlook thankfully.
It doesn't happen for EVERY message.
Anyone else had this?
