Bittorrent works, But ping and internet failed to connected

Hi,

I not sure whether I post this question to a correct forum, please let me know I am not.

I having some problem in connecting to internet. The problem is very weird:
(1) My BitTorrent works fine.
(2) "Ping" doesn't works.
BUT, when I enter an address in IE, it will direct me to search.live.com - which works fine! I can do any keyword search within the page. But, whenever I click the link in the result, it failed to connect the external page.

My PC is behind a router. All ohter computer works fine. I can ping the problmatic PC and get response, just can't ping from the PC to other machine or even the router.

Any advice? Thanks.

sounds like a firewall problem. Bittorent can port hop so is probally going out on a OPen port like web. ICMP maybe blocked on that PC ?
