Bits 2.0 upgrade for x64 2003

I want to install WSUS on a 2003 x64 server but am unable to find a BITS 2.0 upgrade for this version of windows. Does one exist? Does anyone else have this app on this version of windows and if so, are there any more gotcha's?
I have already allowed the 32 bit version of ASP to run in IIS.
