We are experiencing discoloration of screens on our Oracle Financials and I thought that it might have something to do with bitmap caching. I should mention that this is not happening to all users and will affect users whether they show cache usage or not. I've looked at perfmon and have found that although all users have bitmap caching enabled, not everyone is using it. Can anyone give a logical reason for this? All users are connecting to a published desktop with colors and resolutions set at 16bit@1024x768. Any assistance would be appreciated.
