The reason is had problem with telephony services .( the status led bcm it was blinking )after the installetion of the comulitive patch 3.So saw in the unified manager there is no card on resources , msc
I thought that is better to ran the he platform InitializationSo I was ran the platform Initialization at third day it was show that the platform Initialization it was steal running .I remove the msc card from the the bcm 200 and I installed the card to another bcm 200 and had the same problem (the status led bcm it was blinking) so I diced to upload the msc firmware from the using the telnet.
After the upload of the msc firmware the status led it was stay on.
I removed the card from second bcm na d install the card on the first bcm 200 ( is the bcm that is steal running the platform Initialization)so it pass three and steal running the platform Initialization.
The platform initialization is what you do when you replace the hard drive. I have had the problem with it running for a long time. Usually the time is about 2-3 hours for the process to complete. You cannot just stop it from running. There is something that is causing it to get stuck. I have had the event logs get so full that it kept it from running. Nortel went in through VNC and cleaned them out. You may want to give them a call. If the patch did not complete successfully then you will have to have Nortel go in and remove the patch files. When you run the initialization profile you have to leave it alone. When you telnet into the machine and the main menu comes up the init status should be 6.2 when the procedure completes.
