How do you get into the BIOS screens on a Toshiba Satellite 1800-700 at boot up? Holding the <F1> or <F2> or <Fn> or <Del> keys at power up do nothing. Holding the <Ins> key at power up causes the operating system to BSOD.
Never thought of that one. Holding the Esc key generated
"Check System. Then press the [F1] key.
Pressing the F1 key got me into the BIOS.
So many thanks.
Strange BIOS though - and doesn't tell me the CPU speed which is one thing I wanted to know. But at least I can change the boot order - which is the main thing.
