Unless there is a utility from the BIOS maker to do so, the answer is most likely NO. Many of the BIOS settings are not used by the operating system, or can just not be retrieved by the operating system upon a BIOS call for example.
I have seen where people have taken a pic of each bios setting by using a digital camera and then, of course, moving the data from the camera to their pc. After that you can print the info.
I tried it once and couldnt get rid of the glare to get the pics, but obviously there is a way as i saw the pics where another person did it.
