Is it possible to bind a calculated field? I realize the conventional way is to use the control source to bind a field but I am using the DLookup function in the control source. When using a function in the control source it will not transfer to the table, how can I get it to transfer?

You can use an event (usually some sort of command button click) to generate an update query sql string and then execute it. I started out with nothing, and I still have most of it.
