I'm trying to get openSSL and openSSH running on a SCO openserver 5.0.5 machine. Everytime i try to run make install for openSSL i get a fatal error can not find -lresolv. I've asked around and peopel tell me this is a shared library from BIND. Ok, so I download BIND and the trouble i'm having compiling that is even worse. Doesn't seem like to many people are using BIND on SCO. I've switched from cc to gcc 2.95 based on somones recommendation who's gotten Bind running. I keep getting a termination code 139 whatever that is. I need some help. I know i haven't given much info here, but just tell me what you might need to know and i'll get any info needed. I'd even use somethign other than openSSL if it would just work.
