Bind, TTL and Windows Vista

Hi,

I try to change the TLL of a domain name. I changed the file zone of the domain name. My new TTL is ok on Windows XP but on Vista/Seven it's always the default TTL (24hho)... The DNS propagation is already Ok.
I don't know why Vista/Seven joke with me...
Can you help me?
