Billing System in Hipbath v5

Hello
Please i need help from all group
we have hipath4000 v5 regarding ( Billing system )when log on program by ( Judas ) appeared message ( Error 5 COM 1 )
i mean Judas program not active or not start .

HiPath 4000 V5 - Call Charging works only on LAN (192.0.2.3 Port 1203/1204/1205) Not Com port.
Also Judas can not be trusted... :)
