I have several international locations that want to make calls (both local and long distance) out of 81C option switch in Dallas.

I want to be able to bill those users accurately. What are the steps that I have to do to achieve my goal? Thanks in advance for your help.

Scenario:

Site A (Dallas, 81C) ----> Site B (Sidnedy, 61C)

If you don't have it - You need a CDR - Call accounting package. There are several vendors that make them. Once you have this equipment there are several parameters to change on your PBX depending on your particular needs.

Asl arround if you needs some ideas on equipment or vendor.

Reusser, Thanks for the prompt answer. My appreciation. CutiePie
