Billing Back users for service / Service Catalog

We have CE8.0. I'm trying to devise a way to bill back users for services. Is there data stored somewhere regarding usage. Ideally I'd like to know who used a report, how many times, cpu usage, etc. Instance information may fit the bill. I don't see this info in the ce8.mdb. Can anyone tell me how I can access this information? And how are some of you billing back your users?

I too would like this info as I am certain I am about to be placed in same position. The only method I currently know about involves transfering the log files to unix and performing a grep on the data... certainly not a long term solution.
