Biller setup in Project

We use Project Billing transaction to create invoices in version 7.5.

This has worked fine for the past 4 years. Last Friday when we tried to create an invoice under "biller Trx" "billing entry" we received an error with the message; "Please setup Biller first".

Does anyone know what we need to do to setup the biller again. Thanks
