Bill is generated in simple ringing state also

Hi All,

Good Morning,

I have CS1000M System integrated with MPS1000 through LSE1 Cards.

Problem :
Bill is generated even in a ringing state.
Bill is generated even if the called number is swithed off.
Bill is generated even if the called number is in Busy state and many more...

Testing Done :

We are assinging automatic trunck dialing application on the Application server.
After that we are doing call using automatic trunck dialing in which we are NOT getting ringback event in MPS1000 due to which bill is generated for the above mentioned problem.

For this we have taken traces of Data channel and the IVR port through which the call is dialled outside.

But we found nothing through this traces.

Please find the traces in the attachment for different call scenario in which good call means bill is not generated and bad call means the bill is generated.

Let me know if any changes need to done on PBX side or the problem is from service provider ends.
