Hello! Good Day,

Thank you, very much for the lisp routine that solve our problem regarding
the template dwg. on a lock layer. With your permission also, we have added
the erase command in the option of the routine. (it work just fine)

Now I became ambitious, :) - I wonder if it is possible to hide the layer of the locked template on the layer dropdown list in AutoCAD R14. so that it is 100% safe. (This is in connection with our previous question.)

I don't think there's any way to hide a layer from the dropdown list, certainly not an easy way. Even then it wouldn't be 100% safe, as someone could just LIST the layer, then unlock it using the command line -LAYER.
