BIG STORAGE QUESTION WSS!!

This question is for the SharePoint admins who are managing the data storage. With so much data entered into Sharepoint server space managemenet becomes an issue. It isn't exactly pocket change to buy more servers to house all the data. What tools are out there currently available to automate the archiving of documents that aren't being used along with their version history so that they can be retrieved.

what you want to do is to delete old/archived documents from SharePoint and store them elsewhere?

How much data are you currently storing?

storage is cheap these day's ;-)
but as archiving solution i would recommend Veritas KVS.

but as i said, adding storage is sometimes cheaper ;-)
