big problem never faced before

SIR,
WE have a Citrix MetaframeXp Server installed on a Win2K/Sp4 Server at our head office.
We have 2 remote Locations which connect to the Head office via 128 Kbps Adsl Connection.

At remote offices they have printers locally connected to their Pc's ,But when they connect to the citrix server and Run the specified application and when they give the print command It's prints the document on the printer which is attached with the Citrix Server at the Head Office...
Plz guide for this urgent problem .........

A couple of things to look at;
1. Make sure their printer sessions are auto-creating when they logon. You can check this by going to the printers applet in control panel on the Citrix server.

2. Make sure that when they exit their Citrix session that the printer session is also logged off. If it still shows active it means they haven't logged off "gracefully" and will end up seeing the sporadic issues that you have been noticiing.
