Big Problem: Have deleted the wrong backup job

As the title suggests I have deleted our main backup job (yes I know I should have been more careful).

Is there anyway to recover this?

If you saved your job, like when you created it you pressed the save button.... You should find it under a *.asx name. If you didn't save your job when you created it, you might find something to restore under the arcserve$\00000001.qsd directory - *.job. But I never tried restoring that before so I can't say if it would work or not.
