Big problem.. DNS service won't start...

Since a reboot of a W2003 AD server the DNS service won't start. Booting the server takes a VERY long time.
We can't stop or start the DNS server service manualy because it always says 'starting'.
The event log says a lot about errors with the DNS and AD.

Now none of our 20 TS clients can do their work...

What can we do???
