Big Brother Monitoring error (help)

Hi Guys,

I have been using Big Brother monitoring tool at ww.bb4.com
and until recently, I reboot the server there an error stating cannot create those bb processes in BBPID :

./runbb.sh: /export/home/bb/bb19c/tmp/runbb.sh.13430:cannot create


I suspect it could be a permission error as I had accidentally did something to it.

The /export/home/bb/bb19c/tmp has a permission of 444 whereas those working version had 644. See below.

Appreciate of anyone out there could advise on what is going on? Thanks a million
