Currently I'm a network administrator (data). I have a great opportunity for a position in Tcom. I just got the BICSI manual, but I'm having difficulty finding a testing company in the NY area. If anyone hasany suggestions for this and also for Avaya definity training I'd really appreciate it.

I was planning to start with the installer 1 and 2 tests. As I learn more, I'll get a better idea of what else I need.

Do you already have 2 years verifiable cabling installation experience?
If so, forget about Level 1 and go for the Level 2, if you don't, forget about Level 2 for a while.
Unless you are very familiar with Cat 5 compliant 66 block termination and proper 110, BIX, and Krone terminations, I would take the class and not waste your money testing until you complete the class for the Level you wish to test for.

Good luck
