They do outsourcing of BICSI certified installers. I used to work for them so I can warn you they may be a little expensive.

If you need cabling, data/voice/video/audio, we are certified with multiple manufacturers, and members of BICSI, not to mention, we also are dealers of many Telephone PBX and Key systems. We have offices in San Diego and Santa Ana and we cover out to the Nevada and Arizona borders.
