Hello all!
I know I can set the Avaya Partner Messaging R7 (NOT the PCMCIA Card, the Modular Messaging Unit) system up for Bi-Lingual mode, Prompts(i.e.when you log into your VM Barbara talks to you in both English and Spanish) and recorded Both Day and Night AA’s Menu in the primary and secondary languages.

But I can't remember how to make both AA’s available when an incoming call rings in. I have all the “right” things activated per Avaya SSO on-line help (see below). However, I can’t find a selector code and/or a feature (i.e. like in IPO, you can switch to another AA.) that would me to switch between 2 languages, nor can I find anything in the instructions.

There has to be a way to make this work, as there is a way to record a primary and secondary AA prompts.

BTW: I have tried using * and # on the incoming call to try to switch w/o success. (1=extensions and 2-9 direct callers)

Does anyone have an idea?
