BGI rate has changed

I have a PowerEdge R740 and I receive the message: EventID="2233" EventCategory="System Health" EventSeverity="error" IsPastEvent="true". The watchdog timer reset the system. Now the system is in a critical condition because of it.


Can someone tell me why did that happen and how can I solve it?
