not running that patch, question, if you block forward on the set, id cls fnd, does that stop the forward from the bfs key.. ? nortel web site or a vendor can get that for you.

THE BFS FEATURE HAS 3 MAIN AREAS OF FUNCTIONALITY:

(1) MONITORING THE STATE OF A "BOSS" SET.
(2) USING BFS KEY TO TRANSFER CALLS TO THE "BOSS".
(3) CALL FORWARDING THE "BOSS" SET TO THE "SECRETARY" BY PRESSING BFS KEY.


MANY CUSTOMERS ONLY REQUIRE FUNCTIONS (1) AND (2). THEY DO NOT REQUIRE NOR
WANT FUNCTION (3). THEY DON'T WANT THE POSSIBLITY OF PRESSING THE BFS KEY
(ACIDENTALLY) TO ACTIVATE CFW.

THIS PATCH REMOVES FUCNTION (3), WHILST RETAINING FUNCTIONS (1) AND (2).

mplr20032 bsfe/BFS key stops working after upgrade to Succession 3/4

This patch is needed.

this deplist is about 60 days old, rls 3 81c with synposium rls 6 and call pilot 3.3.6.. if your rls levels are unique then it;s best to run a new dep list.. imo that needs to be done once a quarter at least..
