OK I need some tips or any advice.

We are using

-Backup Exec 9.1 on a Windows 2003 SP2 (Just upgraded from sp1)
- Sony AIT LIB 162 Robotic with dual 700 AIT Drives, and 16 tape bays.

We had a problem with one of the 2 drives, and sent it back to Sony for service.

Under Devices it looks like this

Drive 1 Sony (Robotic)
Drive 2 Sony AIT 700 (Disabled) (sent to Sony for Service)
Drive 3 Sony AIT 700
Slots ( here you would see Slots 1-16)

We have run this setup just like this with 1 missing drive for a couple months, for some reason now its not working on a single drive setup. I have checked the Veritas Drivers reinstalled them thinking SP2 screwed something up. But no matter what is done as soon as I try and inventory, or backup, catalog or anything to the robotic it goes directly to failed with an error:

Job started : Tuesday, April 10, 2007 2:45:19 PMJob ended : Tuesday, April 10, 2007 2:45:28 PMFinal error: 0xa000810b - Physical Volume Library Drive not found.
Final error category: Backup Device ErrorsCompleted status: Failed

Right now I have a single tape drive hooked up but I can be in the office all night changing tapes. Anyone know of a way to get the single drive back online? even though it doesn't show any errors.

Please any advice would be helpful.
Thanks Chris
