BEX 8.5 - Can Not Install The Remote Agent For NT/2000!

Hi

I have installed BEX 8.5 Multi Server to Server Edition family Upgrade from Multi Server edition 7.3, but can not install The remote Agent For windows NT/2000.

When I imputted my Upgrade number, a product serial number and three remote Agent serial numbers were auto generated.

When I try to install the remote agent from the BEX server I get a 0KB option which I think is what you get when the install is a evaluation!

Anyone know what is going on? - can I verify that it is not installed in evaluation mode?

Any help would be appreciated,

every time i've seen an eval version its had "evaluation version" written across the splash screen.
