Better Graphs 3

Not a technical question. The graphing tools inEXCEL and ACCESS are pretty plain Jane. Is there a better, and cheap or free, graphing tool or software out there?

You can do some really neat things with charts in Excel. I would suggest picking up a book on charting in Excel. You can change the background or even the fill of a bar/column. You would be surprised to see what can be done. And let's face it, all the pretty graphics in the world are not going to change the numbers behind the chart.
