Best WSS/SPS Books?

I am barely looking into WSS/SPS solutions to implement into my place of employment and am about to purchase some reference books.

What do you all think are some of the best books out there? Your feedback will be greatly appreciated.

- Microsoft Sharepoint: Building Office 2003 Solutions by Scot P. Hillier

- The Rational Guide to Building sharepoint webparts by Darrin bishop
