Best wayt o shut down Partner Mail 3.0?

What ist he best method for saftely shutting down Partner Mail 3.0 so I do not damage any data onthe hard drive.

There really isn't a best way - or any other way than turning it off. I have never had data corrupted/hard drive damaged by powering on/off.

be sure there is no activity at the time you power down . look at the lights
