Hi
I have a website that generates an online pdf for customers. This contains data in columns. Some of the columns are text (and contain more than one word, separated by spaces), the other columns are numbers.
To be helpfuul to these customers, I'd like them to be able to export the data to Excel if they want, for further analysis.
I have read some of the previous posts regarding pdf to excel, so I realise there's no easy answer.
[ I cannot rely on a converter, because there's no guarantee that a particular customer will have that software]
[ also I have tried using the column select tool, but because the text field has more than one word (separated by spaces) this is not very satisfactory either]
I'm wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks on how to format the columns on the pdf, to make it easier to paste into Excel?
