best way to uninstall hotfix, sp1 backups etc

Hi

Whats the best way to bin the uninstall backups? Is it via the control panel or will this reinstall them to how they were?

Just delete them - then go to add/remove and click on each one - as its nolonger there you get option to remove from add/remove.
