(I'm new to ISA)....
Let's say I have the following setup:
1. web server (IIS or Apache, doesn't matter) in a DMZ, with one internal (192.168.x.x) and one external IP address.
2. the web server houses my main domain and external IP address.
3. I have an ISA server used for file and print sharing, using static ip addresses (only about 25-30 computers). This server also has (of course) exchange 2000 that I would like to use for email and calendar sharing. This server is behind a PIX firewall (501) and the Cisco 2600 router.
4. I would like my users to be able to retrieve email using OWA via the web (like mail.mydomain.com).
My questions:
1. How would I setup my web server ( to understand requests coming from the internet for mail.mydomain.com, and then route them accordingly?
2. How does the proxy server part of ISA work in this type of situation?
I'm definately willing to study some resources if you have any. Also, is there a website where one can submit there network design or proposed network design for help/assistance?
Thx, project3e
