Hi to you all,
I'm working on a ASP project. With only the internetbrowser you can reach the data on the server.
Now I want it to be secure. It is not possible to run any program on the client besides ie.
I know there's a 128 bits encryption possible with ie5.5. Can I use that? And how does it work?
Besides all that, I have a 20.000 bits encryptor at my disposal.... How can or should I use it? Is it secure to run not encrypted data on a SSL? Is it enough to encrypt the data on the server, so the encryptor can run totally on the server, but the data on the line is not enctypted? How can I easaly de-encrypt the data on the cliënt?
Maybe the question must be: What is the best way to secure the data on an ASP.
Hope someone can help me further,
Yours Truly,
M.
