Best way to ring multiple phones simultaneously Magix

I need to create an option on the Messaging that transfers to three phones and they should all ring at once. Since hunt groups won't do this, and I can't use coverage because I don't want ALL calls to ring, only "sales" calls (transfer from vmail), what is the best way to do that? Should I setup coverage buttons on each of the phones from an ajunct extension port and tell the messaging to transfer to that ajunct extension?

Most systems this is done in voicemail programminig. You assign a digit for the caller to press and it transfers the call to the extensions listed. For example: For Sales Press 1. When the auto-attendant branch for sales is set-up you would enter the extensions to be rang. You may also be able to program the ringing as (all) for those extensions. I all depends on what voicemail system you have. good luck...

Lot of ways to do it.

Simple way is to renumber an adjunct to something that makes sense for your numbering plan. (Your extensions are in the 100's, make the adjunct 199). Then put a Primary Coverage-199/Immediate Ring button on each of the phones (up to 8 phones) and label it Sales.
