I'm building a complex database and I'd like to have some printouts of my table designs so I can easily look up column names, data types, and lengths. SQL Enterprise Manager doesn't really appear to have a way to easily print this information. I can cut/paste from Design mode to notepad but that's annoying.

Is there an easy way / 3rd party utility to do this?

You can use the diagram module in EM, under the database folder, select diagram, import your tables and print. There are a load of 3rd party tools to do this, but this is free

Brilliant idea... That's perfect!
Thanks so much for your help.
