We run a network of about 60 users and some are complaining of really slow periods of replication and database viewing. What are the best tools for monitoring? Are there any other tools out there?

Any advice would be very helpful guys.

What platform is your Domino server running on? I would run MRTG on your LAN and WAN connections to check for line saturation. I would also run Perf Monitor on your Domino box to see if it's the cause. At 60 users, the box should be spitting out the requests, unless there are other issues with the box or it's low end. What type of Virus Software are you running on the Domino server?
MRTG can be downloaded from:
It's free and a nice tool to have configured and working on your Network.
